Author: Joachim Arnz
See Page 4 – 5.
The author, who is a lifetime resident of Jena, contributes an article about a little known VEB Carl Zeiss Jena product. The product is a series of diesel engines for model airplanes. This was from a time in the early 1950’s when the firm explored many different consumer markets for products that would bring in much needed currency to this Zeiss firm in East Germany. The article also includes some very rare illustrations of the product.
